How a conversation works

Every Human Book is a volunteer, verified and approved by FlipPraxis moderators before anyone can book them.

  1. Find a Human Book

    Browse by topic, language and availability. Human Books can use a display name instead of their legal name.

  2. Request a time

    Both of you agree to the community rules. Times show in your own time zone, and double bookings are prevented.

  3. Talk securely

    A private video room, opened only for the two of you. Nothing is recorded. You can leave or report at any moment.

  4. Reflect

    Share private feedback afterwards. It helps Human Books and keeps the community safe.

Every Human Book is checked and approved by trained moderators before they can be booked.

Your identity stays private

Use a display name. Contact details are never shared automatically, and identity checks stay confidential.

Nothing is recorded

Conversations are not recorded or stored, and private conversations are never used to train AI.

Leave or report at any time

Every conversation has controls to leave, block or report. Reports go straight to moderators.

WisdomConnect is for people aged 18 and over.

Private by default

Bookings, conversations and moderation records are never public and never indexed by search engines.

WisdomConnect is for peer conversation and storytelling. It is not counselling, therapy or an emergency service. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline straight away.
